Masonboro Country Club, Inc. ("Club Operator") has established the following rules ("Club Rules") to govern the use of the Club Facilities and to promote the health, safety, welfare, and enjoyment of all persons using the Club Facilities. The Club Operator may, in its sole discretion, amend these Club Rules from time to time. Amendments will be effective when posted at the Club or mailed to the members. These Club Rules shall apply to all persons using the Club Facilities, whether a member, designee, other authorized user, or guest. Capitalized terms used in these Club Rules shall be defined as set forth in the Membership Policies for Masonboro Country Club
